- Daily Scrum Minutes
- Sprint Minutes (Variable as per length of Sprint, 2 to 4 weeks)
- We offer a dedicated Project Manager (PM) to manage the project. The PM will discuss the scope and duration of Sprint Backlog and will be the focal person for the client. The PM will provide additional weekly and monthly report to assure timely and qualitative delivery of information and results.
- Status and Evaluation Meeting
- The PM will participate in Relationship Management Committee meetings and will be part of status sharing and evaluation of work performed.
